Event Planning
When it comes to event planning we abide by The Five Ps - that is, Planning and Preparation Prevent Poor Performance.
With our wide experience and book of reliable industry contacts, we can offer you a full event planning service. Just give us your brief and we'll answer it with a proposal that's specifically tailored to you. From initial thoughts to the cleaning up afterwards we can organise every aspect of the event experience.
Your participation can be as active or as passive as you like. We're just as happy for you to be involved at every stage of the process as we are to take complete hold of the reins.
If you'd like to help design the layout of your marquee, we can use a computer aided system to show you how your marquee might look.
Site and Venue Sourcing
If you'd like to hold a marquee event but don't have a site in mind, we can advise you. In fact, we've built up quite a portfolio of beautiful settings, particularly in the English countryside. Perhaps you're looking for something a little bit special. If so, we can suggest some outstanding venues, including Leeds Castle who we are very proud to work with.
Toilet facilities

So from DJs and live bands, to magicians and children's entertainers, you can count on us either to book your entertainment for you or recommend somebody that fits your requirements.

Tips & Advice
Five things to ask any marquee company you're thinking of working with:
- What size marquee do I need?
This all depends on the type of event you're organising. Generally we calculate between 10 and 16 square feet per person attending. But do note this is only an estimate; the size will also depend on what else will be going on in your marquee. For example you may have a dance floor, bar area or serving area planned. However, there's no need to worry about making the right decisions as we can advise you on what will best suit your particular needs. - When do you deliver and start setting up the marquee?
In normal circumstances we like to have finished setting up and decorating at least one day clear of your event. So if your event is on the Saturday we will have finished everything by the end of the Thursday before. - Is insurance included in the price?
It certainly is. Full insurance for theft and public liability will be included in your quoted price. - When do you collect?
We will dismantle the marquee at a mutually convenient time, normally the day after the event. If, however, your event takes place on a Saturday, we will take the marquee down on the Monday. - Can we heat the marquee?
With one of our efficient heating systems installed, it's possible to hold a function in the winter and feel like you're standing inside bricks and mortar.
